Gluten Free Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette Recipe

               
Looking for a heart-healthy condiment that can do it all? You will want to keep the recipe for our sweet, sharp, and earthy balsamic vinaigrette in your weekday rotation. Black pepper, fresh thyme, honey, and vinegar blend to make a boldly flavored dressing that will add a spark to all of your salads.

Ingredients
Recipe yields 24 servings
1 small shallot, diced
2 fresh thyme sprigs
1/8 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp honey
1 cup grapeseed oil

Step 1

In a blender, combine all ingredients except grapeseed oil. Mix well on medium speed until blended. Reduce blender’s speed to low and slowly add grapeseed oil, blending until vinegar and oil emulsify. Taste and season with additional black pepper, to taste.
