Gluten Free Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pops Recipe

               
These fantastically cold, creamy frozen yogurt pops make a great low-calorie dessert or snack. When temperatures rise, reach for this easy, 3-ingredient blend of blueberries, apple juice, and strawberry yogurt.

Recipe yields 4 servings
12 oz fat-free no sugar added strawberry yogurt (gluten free if needed)
8 oz apple juice
1 cup blueberries

Directions
Step 1

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, apple juice and blueberries. Pour into 4 popsicle molds or 6-ounce paper cups. If using paper cups, cover them with foil and push wooden popsicle sticks through foil.

Step 2

Freeze for 8 hours, or until solidified. Let thaw slightly before removing from the molds or paper cups.
