1/4 cup shelled unsalted pistachios
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp ground aleppo pepper
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Add the pistachios, nutritional yeast and salt to a spice mill and grind to the texture of a coarse meal. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
