Gluten Free Sesame Maple Vinaigrette Recipe

Salads will never be bland and boring again with this healthy Asian-inspired vinaigrette recipe! The sweet and savory blend of maple syrup, toasted sesame oil and soy sauce make this a richly satisfying dressing to pair with fresh spring greens, grilled vegetables or roasted chicken.

Recipe yields 32 servings
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce (gluten free if needed)
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp Kosher salt

Step 1

Place the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until well combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
