2 cups canned packed in water tuna, drained
2 cups chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup shredded carrots
2 Tbsp chopped scallions
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
Mixed greens, for serving

In a large bowl, gently toss all ingredients except the greens to combine. Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, for 1 hour. Serve chilled over greens.
