3 Tbsp fat free plain yogurt (gluten free if needed)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 Red Delicious apple, cored and chopped
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
Black pepper to taste

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and lemon juice. Add the walnuts, celery, grapes and apple and toss to coat evenly. Serve on lettuce leaves and season with black pepper.
