These Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets are a heart-healthy, low-fat option perfect for the whole family. Made with gluten-free flour and crispy gluten-free corn flakes, they’re a delicious choice for those with gluten allergies. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Cut chicken into 1½-inch pieces. In a bowl combine flour, paprika, pepper and salt. Roll chicken pieces in the flour mixture to cover on all sides, shaking off excess flour. Set aside.
In a small bowl lightly beat egg whites and buttermilk. In another bowl, place the cornflakes. Dip each chicken piece into egg mixture then coat with cornflakes, covering completely.
Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Place in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes or until crispy and golden, flipping over halfway through. Serve immediately.
