How to Make Cherry Chocolate Overnight Oats

  1. Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds and chocolate chips); mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (almond milk, chocolate almond milk, water, yogurt, almond extract and vanilla extract); mix until well combined.

  2. Step 2

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients; stir until well combined. Fold in 1 cup chopped cherries. Transfer oat mixture to 2 sealable mason jars, airtight containers, or bowls covered with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.

  3. Step 3

Stir well, top each serving with 2 tablespoons of chopped cherries and a ½ tablespoon of sliced almonds (if desired), and enjoy.
