How to Make Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

  1. Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients (oats, chocolate chips, protein powder, chia seeds and cinnamon); mix until well combined. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients (milk, water, yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond extract); mix until well combined.

  2. Step 2

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Transfer the oat mixture to two sealable mason jars, airtight containers, or bowls covered with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.

  3. Step 3

Stir well, top with additional chocolate chips and almond butter (if desired), and enjoy.
