Savor creamy, chocolatey decadence without a drop of milk. This dairy-free and diabetic friendly dessert is a silky blend of avocado, coconut milk, cocoa powder, and honey.

2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except the raspberries and mint and blend until completely smooth. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for 2 hours. Serve topped with fresh raspberries and fresh mint, if desired.
