Decadent, heart-healthy chocolate almond bark is made possible with just three ingredients. This no-bake dessert recipe is packed with health benefits from simple but spectacular ingredients.

6 oz dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp olive oil
3 oz dry roasted almonds, crushed

Step 1

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and olive oil. Microwave on high for 20 seconds, stir, and continue to microwave in 10-second intervals until melted.

Step 2

Pour the chocolate mixture onto a piece of foil. Spread the mixture thin into a rectangular shape. Sprinkle almonds across chocolate.

Step 3

Cool in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Break bark into small pieces.
