Healthy Kids Fast Fruit Salad Recipe

               
A simple, sweet, and healthy fruit salad is always a good idea. Combine berries, grapes, mangoes, and a splash of lemon juice for a bright and luscious taste of the season.

Recipe yields 8 servings
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
2 large mangos, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently. Chill, covered, for 1 hour. Serve chilled and garnished with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
