Try this delightfully creamy peanut dip paired with apple slices and graham crackers for a treat the entire family will enjoy. Our high-protein recipe makes the perfect after-school snack.

2/3 cup firm tofu, crumbled
2/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
4 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Apple slices or low fat graham cracker (optional)

Directions
Step 1

In a blender or food processor, add the tofu, cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey and vanilla and blend until smooth and creamy, about 3 to 5 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with apple and banana slices, or low fat graham crackers, if desired.
