Healthy Kids Roasted Turkey Hummus Wraps Recipe

Thinly sliced turkey breast, dried cranberries, and caramelized onions make an enticing trio in this mouthwatering tortilla wrap recipe. A light spread of hummus brings all of the flavors together with a silky, mellow finish.

Recipe yields 6 servings
6 whole grain tortillas (6-inch diameter)
1 cup plain hummus
1 lb roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp dried cranberries, chopped fine
1 Tbsp orange zest (from 1 medium orange)
1/2 cup caramelized onion

Directions
Step 1

Lay out tortillas. Spread hummus evenly among tortillas. Cover each tortilla with turkey slices. Sprinkle dried cranberries over turkey, followed by orange zest. Add caramelized onions.

Step 2

Roll tightly. Trim edges of wraps with a sharp knife. Cut each wrap diagonally into 4 pieces. Serve chilled.
