Healthy Kids Turkey Wraps Recipe

               
This quick and easy turkey wrap recipe will brighten up any lunchbox. Crisp Romaine lettuce, creamy hummus and sliced tomatoes help to form the filling of this deli-worthy winner.

Ingredients
Recipe yields 2 servings
2 whole grain tortillas (8-inch diameter)
2 Tbsp hummus
4 slices low-sodium roasted turkey breast (4 oz)
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices tomatoes
2 slices reduced fat cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Directions
Step 1

Lay out the wraps on a flat surface. In the center of the tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon of the hummus on each wrap and top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 romaine leaves, 2 tomato slices and 1 cheese slice.

Step 2

Fold an inch of the top of the wrap down over the filling, then fold an inch of the bottom up over it. Starting with one side, roll the wrap up tightly into a log.
