2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp ground ancho chile pepper
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except the raspberries and mint and blend until completely smooth. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for 2 hours. Serve topped with fresh raspberries and fresh mint, if desired.
