In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (oats, pecans, flaxseed, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove) and stir until well combined. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
Transfer to an airtight container or sealable mason jars and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Stir well before serving and top with chopped pecans and sliced banana, if desired.
