In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon and nutmeg) and stir until well combined. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
Transfer to an airtight container or sealable mason jars and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Stir well before serving and top with chopped nuts and sliced banana, if desired.
