How to Make Blackberry Peach Crisp

Fruit Filling

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375°. Lightly spray a 9" x 9" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Step 2

    In a large bowl, combine the nectarines, blackberries, cinnamon, lemon juice and flour. Transfer the fruit mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Topping

  1. In another bowl, combine the walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut oil, almond flour, oats, syrup, cinnamon and salt. Top the fruit mixture with the topping. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the filling is bubbling and the top is golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
