Classic, Italian-inspired bruschetta is a deliciously healthy way to get in your veggies. Mini baguette toasts are topped with tomatoes, olives, and pistachios for a wonderfully tangy bite.

How to Make Bruschetta

Baguette Toasts

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange baguette slices on 2 baking sheets. Lightly coat baguette slices with nonstick cooking spray. Toast baguette slices in oven for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Arrange baguette toasts on a platter. Each topping will make enough for about 12 toasted baguette slices.

Tomato Basil Topping

  1. In a bowl, mix together Tomato Basil topping ingredients. Spoon topping on top of toasted baguette slices.

Kalamata Olive Topping

  1. In a bowl, mix together Kalamata Olive topping ingredients. Spoon topping on top of toasted baguette slices.

Pistachio Topping

  1. In a bowl, mix together Pistachio topping ingredients. Spoon topping on top of toasted baguette slices.
