Heart Healthy Cheese Quesadilla Snacks Recipe
In a skillet, melt 1 teaspoon of the butter over medium heat. Place 1 tortilla in skillet and top with 1/4 cup cheese. Top with second tortilla. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining butter, tortillas and cheese. Cut into quarters and serve with salsa.
