1/2 cup dry bulgur wheat
1 1/2 cups lightly steamed broccoli florets
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp lemon juice
4 oz cooked skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
black pepper to taste

Step 1

Cook bulgur wheat according to package directions. Set aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, parsley and lemon juice. Stir in chicken breast. Add bulgur and season with black pepper to taste.

Step 3

Serve warm.
