Heart Healthy Chocolate Almond Bark Recipe
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and olive oil. Microwave on high for 20 seconds, stir, and continue to microwave in 10-second intervals until melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture onto a piece of foil. Spread the mixture thin into a rectangular shape. Sprinkle almonds across chocolate.
Cool in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Break bark into small pieces.
