How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Step 1

    In a blender or food processor, add the peanut butter, banana, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder, salt and walnuts, if using. Mix until very smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Lightly spray an 8- x 8-inch freezer-safe pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan.

  3. Step 3

    Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours, until firm. Cut into 16 squares. Store covered and chilled.
