Recipe yields 4 servings
Yogurt Dip
4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Fruit Kebabs
1 large 1-inch thick watermelon round
12 green grapes
4 cantaloupe melon balls
4 strawberries
4 bamboo skewers

Yogurt Dip
Step 1

In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.

Fruit Kebabs
Step 1

Using a 3-inch dinosaur footprint cookie cutter, cut out 4 footprints from the round of watermelon.

Step 2

Assemble the fruit skewers by alternating the fruit on each skewer, ending with the dinosaur footprint at the top. Serve immediately with the chilled yogurt dip.
