How to Make Dinosaur Fruit Skewers

Yogurt Dip

  1. In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.

  1. Step 1

    Using a 3-inch dinosaur footprint cookie cutter, cut out 4 footprints from the round of watermelon.

  2. Step 2

    Assemble the fruit skewers by alternating the fruit on each skewer, ending with the dinosaur footprint at the top. Serve immediately with the chilled yogurt dip.
