These fantastically cold, creamy berry frozen yogurt popsicles make a great low-calorie dessert or snack. When temperatures rise, reach for this easy, 3-ingredient blend of blueberries, apple juice, and strawberry yogurt.
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, apple juice and blueberries. Pour into 4 popsicle molds or 6-ounce paper cups. If using paper cups, cover them with foil and push wooden popsicle sticks through foil.
Freeze for 8 hours, or until solidified. Let thaw slightly before removing from the molds or paper cups.
