Fun, fruity and easy fruit kebabs with a sweet yogurt dip will win over the whole family. Strawberry, grape, pineapple and melon make for a fantastically delicious and healthy skewered snack.
Recipe yields 6 servings
1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 small cantalope, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (gluten free if needed)
Thread fruit on 6 wooden skewers, alternating strawberries, pineapple, grapes and cantaloupe. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Serve fruit kebabs with yogurt dip.
