Put down the carving knife and fire up the toaster to make our Halloween Toast! Toasted multigrain bread is topped with a fall-spiced pumpkin spread for a delicious Halloween breakfast. And don’t be afraid to get creative when making a variety of frightfully fun chocolate chip jack-o'-lantern faces!
In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the bread and chocolate chips.
Toast the bread to desired darkness. Divide the pumpkin mixture evenly on the toast and spread into the shape of a pumpkin. Arrange the chocolate chips in the shape of a jack-o’-lantern design of your choice. Place a sprig of mint in the top center of the “jack-o’-lantern” and enjoy!
