Heart Healthy Raspberry Yogurt Parfait Recipe
In a blender, grind the oats to a fine meal. Set aside.
Place the cottage cheese in a mixing bowl. With a hand mixer, beat the cottage cheese until smooth. Add the honey, yogurt and vanilla, mixing well.
Divide the cottage cheese mixture evenly among 6 parfait glasses. Top with the raspberries and sprinkle with the oats. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
