This low sodium Salsa Verde recipe is made in 10 minutes using bunches of fresh herbs, almost like a pesto. Blend anything green, such as parsley, dill, basil, spinach, or any greens you have on hand. Add a little chopped jalapeño pepper if you like spice.
We add a few capers and a pinch of sea salt, but you can omit these ingredients if you want to make a super low-sodium green sauce. Our restaurant chef recommends a few rinsed and chopped anchovies, but again, you can omit these to further reduce the salt in salsa verde.
