In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Pour into 8 popsicle molds or 6-ounce paper cups. If using paper cups, cover them with foil and push wooden popsicle sticks through the foil.
Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Let thaw slightly before removing from the molds or paper cups.
