Watermelon salsa adds a sweet, summery twist to your favorite condiment. The mouthwatering flavor comes courtesy of ginger, mint, and fresh jalapeños, while cucumbers and chopped melon add crispness. Try this summer salsa recipe with tortilla chips or on its own.
