How to Make Air Fryer Balsamic Chicken

  1. Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Reserve about a ¼ cup of marinade in a separate bowl. Place the chicken and the remainder of the marinade in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and toss to coat completely. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. Step 2

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Step 3

Arrange marinated chicken in the prepared air fryer basket and lightly spray the chicken with nonstick cooking spray. Cook for 18 minutes, flipping the chicken over halfway through.

  4. Step 4

Drizzle the reserved marinade over the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a serving platter, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
