Preheat a waffle iron.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, yogurt and honey until well combined.
Add the baking powder and flours and stir until well combined.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter for each waffle onto the heated waffle iron. Cook until golden. Serve topped with raspberries and mint, if desired.
