How to Make Turkey Burger Sliders

  1. Step 1

    Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

  2. Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey, onion, garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Mix until just combined.

  3. Step 3

Using lightly dampened hands, form meat mixture into 4 burger patties (about 4 oz each). Using your index finger, press down in center of each patty.

  4. Step 4

Lightly grease air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place turkey burgers in basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 1 to 2 minutes.

  5. Step 5

While the turkey burgers rest, toast the slider buns. Separate buns and lightly spray cut sides with nonstick cooking spray. Heat griddle over medium heat. Toast cut-side down until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes.

  6. Step 6

Assemble burgers by layering turkey burgers, sliced tomato, and Romaine lettuce on toasted slider buns. Serve warm and enjoy! Store leftover turkey burgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
