How to Make Air Fryer Panko Crusted Tilapia

  1. Step 1

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Step 2

    In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg. In another bowl, combine panko, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

  3. Step 3

    Dip the tilapia into the egg, shaking off excess, then into panko mixture, making sure to cover completely. Place breaded fish in prepared air fryer basket. Coat the fish lightly on both sides with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Step 4

    Air fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Garnish with sliced green onion and serve with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
