Java lovers will swoon for these dark chocolate brownies flavored with a hint of brewed coffee. A combination of whole wheat and all-purpose flour adds fiber, while low-fat yogurt keeps these healthy brownies moist.
Recipe yields 16 servings
In a small bowl, combine flours, baking powder, salt, cocoa and chocolate chips.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir until just blended.
Spread batter into baking pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack and cut into 16 pieces.
