Indulge in a delightful and healthy Peach Blueberry Crisp, a perfect blend of juicy peaches and plump blueberries, topped with crunchy honey-nut cereal and walnuts. Spiced with cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg, this fruity crisp can be served as a guilt-free, wholesome dessert or breakfast option.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat bottom and sides of square baking dish (8 x 8 inches) or rectangular baking dish (11 x 7 inches) with nonstick cooking spray.
Place peaches and blueberries in baking dish. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Drizzle mixture over fruit.
Sprinkle fruit with cereal and walnuts. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until peaches are tender when pierced with a fork. Serve warm or cold.
