Our Chocolate Overnight Oats are a healthy, indulgent breakfast recipe, combining the creamy texture of old fashioned rolled oats with the rich blend of cocoa, chocolate protein powder, chocolate almond milk and dark chocolate chips. High in fiber and protein, this recipe is perfect for meal prep (and chocolate lovers), offering a convenient, nutrient-packed start to your day.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, cocoa powder and chia seeds) and stir until well combined. Add the remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips and stir until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer to an airtight container or sealable mason jars and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Stir well before serving and enjoy.
