This tasty Christmas appetizer features sliced cranberry and cream cheese rollups placed in a holiday tree shape. The green from spinach tortillas and chopped scallions add even more festive flair.

How to Make Christmas Pinwheels

  1. Step 1

    In a bowl, combine the cranberries, cream cheese, feta cheese and scallions. Mix gently.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the mixture evenly among tortillas and spread in an even layer. Roll up the tortillas tightly, wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  3. Step 3

    To serve, cut each tortilla roll into 4 slices. Stand them upright in the shape of a Christmas tree.
