Gluten Free Scrambled Eggs Recipe

               
High protein, low-calorie scrambled eggs are always the answer when you are not sure what to make. Our recipe combines egg whites, milk, black pepper, and parsley for a light but filling meal any time of day.

Recipe yields 1 servings
4 egg whites
2 Tbsp skim milk
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions
Step 1

Lightly coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat until hot.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together egg whites and milk. Stir in black pepper. Pour into pan, stirring slowly. As eggs set, increase heat to high. Fold the eggs over with a spatula. Cook until no more liquid runs around bottom of the pan.

Step 3

Garnish with parsley, if desired.
