Ingredients
Recipe yields 2 servings
2 cups spinach or kale
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup frozen cubed mangos
1 cup cubed pineapple
1 frozen, peeled sliced banana
Directions
Step 1
In a blender, combine the spinach and coconut milk. Purée until smooth.
Step 2
Add the mango, pineapple and banana and blend until smooth.
