Heart Healthy Grilled Cheese and Veggies Sandwich Recipe
Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil. Sprinkle bread with garlic powder. Layer 4 slices of bread with cheddar cheese, spinach leaves, tomato and onion. Top with remaining slices of bread, oil side up.
In a grill pan, coated with nonstick cooking spray, grill sandwiches over medium heat, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
