These healthy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, without having to fry them in oil! Ready in less than 30 minutes, they’re ideal for a quick family dinner or protein-packed lunch. Seasoned to perfection, they feature a deliciously crunchy coating that will be a hit with kids and adults.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, paprika, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
Dip chicken into egg and then toss into panko mixture.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer, working in batches if necessary. Spray the chicken with nonstick cooking spray. Air fry for 12 minutes, turning the chicken tenders over halfway through cooking time. Serve immediately.
