Healthy Kids Banana Ghosts Recipe
Peel bananas and discard the peel. Remove and discard any remaining strings from the outside of the bananas and cut the bananas in half widthwise.
In a small microwave-safe dish, combine the chocolate chips and olive oil. Microwave for 15-second increments, stirring after each cycle, until smooth and melted. Carefully pour the melted chocolate into a small zip-top bag or pastry bag. Cut a very small corner off of the bag and pipe 2 “eyes” and 1 “mouth” onto each “ghost” below the pointed ends of the bananas. Allow the chocolate to set for at least 5 minutes before serving.
