Serve this easy, no-cook seafood appetizer for a winning hors d’oeuvre. Whole grain crackers are smeared with cream cheese and fresh herbs to complement the rich, salty decadence of smoked salmon.

4 Tbsp fat free sour cream
12 whole grain crackers
12 slices cucumber (1/8-inch thick)
3 oz smoked salmon, cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp chopped chives or dill
