How to Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

  1. Step 1

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Step 2

    In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the hot sauce, butter and black pepper.

  3. Step 3

    Place in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 14 minutes, tossing halfway through. Transfer the cauliflower to a serving bowl and, if desired, serve with ¼-cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing or reduced-fat ranch dressing for dipping (Note: if served with either dressing, the quantities of the nutrition facts will increase making this recipe ineligible for certain diets).
