Recipe yields 24 servings
2 garlic cloves
1/2 small shallot, roughly chopped
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup fresh dill
1/2 green onion
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Step 1

Add all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If the dressing is too thick, add 1 tablespoon at a time of warm water until you reach the desired consistency. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
