Indulge in this deliciously rich chocolate-covered strawberry recipe that has less than 90 calories per serving. Use dark chocolate for an extra antioxidant boost and refrigerate fruit for at least 15 minutes for best results.
In a 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly, or, in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate for 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted (about 1 minute).
Immediately dip strawberries in chocolate to cover about 3/4 of each strawberry. Place strawberries on wax paper and cool in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
