When you think about staying hydrated, your first thought is probably that you need to drink more water. And yes, drinking water is the best way to stay hydrated. But did you know that juices, especially those made from foods with a naturally high water content, can also support healthy hydration? That’s why you’ll be happy to know that our dietitians pulled together a collection of our most delicious and hydrating juice recipes for you to enjoy.

Approximately 20% of our daily fluid intake comes from the foods we eat, especially from certain healthy fruits and vegetables that also contain loads of healthy vitamins and minerals. That’s why making juicing recipes for hydration using these nutritious vegetables and fruits is especially beneficial. Juice that contains produce with a high water content helps your body better regulate temperature, eliminate waste, lubricate joints, and protect tissues and organs.
